Our Farm Kitchen Incubator

Far more exciting than the idea of becoming a restaurateur with my retail space, I am looking at ways to work with farmchefs on deals and trades, where they prep their own value-added products while reducing my rent. It’s a win-win situation that adds to the uniqueness of the market. In just our first few months, we had farmers come in and create unique things with their mushrooms, microgreens, and herbs.
